1. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
2. May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair. All sales are final on customer coloring.
You must contact us first before refunding your package at Info@XoticTresses.com During Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All Xotic Tresses hair extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns if the Xotic Tresses hair seal on the bundle has been broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you. We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair. All sales are final on customer coloring.

3. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Xotic Tresses security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48 HRS after we initiate the refund.
