Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, all hair extension purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extension purchases. Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Every order undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it is packaged and shipped to ensure our customers receive only premium-quality virgin hair.
